Important notice regarding warranty claims

Yes. We are continuing to review and process valid warranty claims during the closure period.

Unfortunately, replacement parts are very limited and substitute products may no longer be available due to the wind‑down of operations.

For eligible claims when replacement parts are not available, we are offering:

  • A refund of the original purchase price

  • Applicable taxes and shipping paid at the time of purchase

This is the maximum resolution available during the closure.

We understand that replacement costs may be higher today. However, warranty coverage is tied to the original purchase.

No. Because the company is closing, we are unable to offer store credit or discounts.

If replacement parts aren’t available, while we can’t provide replacement products from other vendors, our support team may be able to assist with:

  • Product documentation

  • Compatibility details

  • General guidance for finding alternative parts

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible through gift cards/prepaid debit cards. Timing may vary by how long it takes to receive the faulty parts.
