I recommend Crucial RAM for macbook products! The service is quick, accountable and easy to use. I am usually reluctant ordering things online because I feel as it is harder to track what is going on and ensure quality of the products (from previous experience). However, Crucial has shown me that this is not the case! as soon as I placed my order, I could view the processes and steps currently being undertaken to deliver my product! I could literally track what was going on! The RAM arrived within a few days and there were no problems at all! I will definitely be buying from Crucial again when it comes to the time to upgrade my HDD :D :D :D

    Excellent Upgrade

Comments about Crucial 8GB Kit (2 x 4GB) DDR3L-1600 SODIMM Memory for Mac:

I have a MacBook Pro 13 that I bought in 2012. It started performing extremely slowly over the past year. I was tempted to buy a new computer but Apple suggested updating the RAM. Purchased these memoery sticks and the process was simple and quick. Also VERY easy to install thanks to the instructions. I would use Crucial again in the future.

Comments about Crucial 8GB Kit (2 x 4GB) DDR3L-1600 SODIMM Memory for Mac:

This was a quick and inexpensive way to drastically improve the performance of my mid-2012 Macbook Pro. The spinning Mac-ball has gone from a constant to a rarity. Video streaming is much smoother now. With regards to installation it took more time to remove the base cover than it took to swap out the two RAM chips. Next move will be to swap out the existing hard drive for one of Crucial's Solid State Drives.

I've upgraded my Mac Mini 2012 late model up to 8GB ram with this kit. My Mac Mini runs more smoothly now. You will need to push harder than anticipated for the ram to pop into place during installation.

                Huge Help

                By DJMixx

                from Buffalo, NY

Comments about Crucial 8GB Kit (2 x 4GB) DDR3L-1600 SODIMM Memory for Mac:

I am a mobile DJ and I got my MacBook Pro with all standard parts as my parents couldn't afford any more than what it had since I needed a new computer for school but as a mobile DJ, I run some heavy programs that just eat the RAM. My software controller, the Numark NS7, needs 4GB of RAM alone and I need to run iTunes and Google Chrome for music downloads and this upgrade is a HUGE HELP. Kind of wish I got 16GB but 8GB fits the bill pretty well.
