So I used the online hardware checker tool to get an extra 16g memory and they shipped me out 16g of PC3-14200 (ct102464bf186d) however I have 16gof HyperX pnp PC3-12800H
So the HyperX runs at 1.5v and I see the Crucial memory is 1.35v.
Plugged in and no boot - so I guess their scanning tool has mismatched me memory that won't be compatable?
Can I underclock or overclock one set to get them working together?

I just got a new Crucial ct102464ba160b http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/ct102464ba160b
based on the suggestion here http://n40l.wikia.com/wiki/Memory that it is compatible with
HP Microserver N54L
My system runs fine the the original 2GB HP memory but when I put the Crucial stick in
it doesn't POST (can't see anything on the screen at all).
How do I check whether the RAM is not compatible or it's simply a DOA?
I ran the scan, it takes me to this page,
CT3694396 - 8GB DDR3 PC3-12800 Unbuffered NON-ECC 1.5V 1024Meg x 64
