How do I return a defective module?

Crucial products are of the highest quality. We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in both materials and workmanship. If you are experiencing failure of your product, we want to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please contact Crucial Customer Service free on 0800 013 0335 or +44 (0)1355 586100 before returning the part for exchange or credit.

We can exchange your product using one of two methods.

1) Cross-ship: Lexar Media will ship you a new part(s) if you agree to have the shipment charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. Once we receive the module(s) you are returning, we will issue a credit to your credit card.

Or

2) Wait to Receive: Return your part(s) to Lexar Media, upon receipt we'll ship your replacement order. This method will only charge your credit card if there is a price difference between the incoming and outgoing parts. This method takes additional time due to the shipping time and shipping method you choose when returning the product.

Please call us free on 0800 013 0335 or +44 (0)1355 586100 to obtain an RMA number and indicate which exchange method you prefer. It's your choice!

To issue an RMA number, we will need the following information.

Customer number
Order number
Part number that you are returning
Part number of your replacement module (if known)
Contact information, such as a phone number or e-mail address
The return or exchange method that you prefer

Once you have obtained an RMA number, please write that number on the outside of your package and send the memory to:
