Using OS X Mountain Lion?

Apple introduced 200+ new features in Mountain Lion, including Gatekeeper. Gatekeeper is designed to protect your Mac from malicious software by keeping your from installing software from unkonwn sources. Unfortunately, by default, Gatekeeper sees the Crucial System Scanner as coming from an unknown source. Because of this, you will need to follow the steps in this Apple Knowledge Base article in order to run the Crucial System Scanner in Mountain Lion.

We are working with Apple to get the Crucial System Scanner a supported developer ID signature, but until we complete that process, please use the steps in the Apple Knowledge Base article.
