you can not return product unless it is faulty. If there is a problem with your part, please follow the warranty replacements process.

If you believe your Crucial product is defective
please request a return material authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back. An RMA number allows us to process your return quickly. (Without it, your refund or exchange will be delayed while we research your order.) If your product fails within the warranty terms and period, we want to remedy the situation.

We are legally required to collect sales tax where Micron has a business presence. Estimated tax and shipping amounts depend on the shipping address for the order. These amounts are estimated in the checkout process after the shipping address is provided. The sales tax displayed online is only an estimate. Actual sales tax will be computed at the time of shipment.
