good e-mail verification of order. [...]product works great. faster response time, but only increased from 2gb to 3.5gb instead of 4gb presumably due to microsoft xp programming.would recommend to buy.

Superb customer sevice by Crucial! I purchased 2 of the kits for a total of 4gbs as an upgrade to my XPS 400 which had 2gbs installed. I'm not sure what I expected but I did not see an increase in speed. Very easy installation though.

Was told that the speed of the upgrades was more than those put in by Dell and as a result will not be used as the computer defaults to the slowest speed....didn't know that at time of purchase, would like to have known.

The service is great along with the program to check your computer
