This is great memory when working. First got it on 3/08. Had to RMA on 9/08. Memory recieved from that RMA was just replaced with another RMA 6/10
I hope this pair lasts longer. I have the 4gb kit in my system as well purchased 2/09 no problems with that yet.

Have had these dimms for 2+ yrs. They have worked in combination with multiple brands of memory in AMD and Intel MBs. Worked by themselves in some MBs that other brands have not. Often use them to check systems. Solid, reliable, consistent in everything I've installed them in for use or system check. Have posted systems even when voltage set to less than recommended. Maybe I got lucky, but they have been remarkable pair of dimms.

I've had to return products under warranty 3 times, but over 5 years. Crucial DEFINITELY honors their lifetime warranty and makes returning and replacing products fast and hassle-free. Overall, I am very pleased with their products. The lights on these Tracers are awesome in a transparent case or window.

I upgraded to 4Gig of ram with Windows 7. The software I use with open windows runs smoothly with having issues as I had before with only 2 Gigs of ram. I will notice a big difference once I can get a DSL Internet connection.

I ordered this RAM based on the Crucial automated review of my system and found that the two sticks of Crucial RAM I purchased were 2.0v and what was in my computer was 2.5v. I am also extremely upset that [...] can carry YOUR RAM (identical to what I purchased) for $10.00 LESS than you sell it for!!!!!! What's with that??? I will never purchase memory again from Crucial.com because I can obviously get the same product cheaper elsewhere!

Crucial Response: The system scan is a scan of the system. It reccomends based upon the system and the amount of memory installed. We will exchange these for the 2.5V and even pay shipping. Please contact us if you would like to do that.

Had problems with four 1GB memory sticks; quickly obtained RMA, returned product, and received "no-hassle" replacements. Appears Crucial had some problems with sticks operating at 2.2V and they changed to 2.0V. OUTSTANDING support from Crucial! Thanks.

IVE BUILT A WHOLE NEW PC FROM THE GROUND UP AND IT WAS LAGGING MEMORY SPEED
I BOUGHT THE MOBO AS A COMBO MOBO/MEMORY/CPU IT CAME WITH 2 GIGS 400MHZ
NOW THAT IVE UPPED IT TO THE 800MHZ IT HAS MADE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE

ONLY THING THAT HAS SLOWED ME DOWN AS OF NOW IS MY NET SPEED
NOW THAT MY COMPUTER COMPONENTS ARE FASTER THAN MY NET SPEED IM THINKING ILL HAVE TO HAVE THAT CHANGED AS WELL

Had an existing pair of these in my system. Ordered another pair from Crucial.com. Found out the old pair ran at 2.2v and the new pair ran at 2.0v. According to Crucial, these are incompatible runing together.

On the flip side, I removed the older 2.2v pair, installed the new 2.0v pair, setup my BIOS to use EPP and booted. My Vista Ultimate SP1 system is running stable and fast now. Cheers!

I use my PC for general use and light video/photo editing. This item installed without any issues whatsoever. Upon power up the grin on my face must have been from ear to ear. The way this memory lit up totally surprised me in a very good way! I am very happy with the way the memory performs AND looks. I am now considering modding my case so I can see this better.

I have had problems with the memory on my computer. Crucials site ran a scan and advised me on what memory to buy. Took all of the guess work out of it. I bought 4 gigs and my computer now runs wonderful. Solved all of my problems. The leds look nice when the case is open but not really necessary unless you just like flash.
