I use the SD card as additional memory in my Sandisk E130 and E140 mp3 players which will not read an SD card greater than 2GB capacity. My Toshiba M35X laptop will not read an SD card larger than 1GB.
Crucial is great for making these smaller capacity SD cards available to us.

My Crucial SD cards are used in my Canon Powershot camera and to transfer images to my computer. The fast Class 6 read/write characteristics of the card has nearly doubled the speed of my cam in burst/continuous shoot mode and I no longer hit the buffer doing so.Instead of sending ordinary email or snail mail, our family uses SD cards to record video letters, sending the cards through the USPS.
