I have had the product installed 2 weeks now, Great! It has increased my computers overall performance. I would recommend this product, if your computers runs slow, downloading pages are slow, and slow start ups & shutting down. I am satisfied.

My wife uses the computer to keep up with friends online. They oftern share a lot of multi-media and she remarked the computer was running slower than usual. We had recently installed a new anti-virus program and when I checked memory consumption I found we were now exceeding our physical memory without any applications running! I've been building computers for 20 years and have almost always relied on Crucial so I surfed to the website, used their "scanner", and [$] later PRESTO... a new computer. Nothing could have been easier and more satisfying.

This was my first time upgrading my computer so I had a little trouble getting the retaining clips to lock back in place (I had to press realllly hard!). Other than that everything worked out great.

Powerspec had 256mb installed but dial-up became very sluggish -- added 256mb and now virtual memory is no longer used when surfing the web.
