Great product. Does exactly what it states it does. Received my purchase within a few days as promised, and it took no more than 5 minutes to install and get it up and running. I told my inlaws about it and they bought some memory for their apple computers as well. Theirs worked like a charm as well. I will come back to this site for all my computing needs from now on.. I am Music producer, so I use my computer for recording and mastering my tracks. With the 4GB upgrade I did on my computer with crucial memory my computer is working fast. I was able to do the upgrade my self instead of paying Apple to do it for me which it would have cost me an extra 30 bucks.

Running Windows XP through Fusion really slowed down the Mac side of my computer and some of the windows CAD applications I use. Doubling the ram has made a world of difference. I am definitely not a computer geek and it was very easy to install. the Mac manual had detailed drawings and steps and all worked just fine.

I just bought my first macbook and didn't want to shell out the extra 200 bucks to upgrade to 4GB. So I bought my book with 2GB and just did the upgrade myself. I actually had never done an upgrade before, so I did it incorrectly the first time by not jamming it in there all the way which was annoying, but completely my fault. I called [...] and they told me to watch a [...] video about how to do it correctly. It couldn't have been easier. As far as the product and the service are concerned, it was just as promised if not better.
