Did not work in my computer, kept restarting, kept locking up, went back to my old memory works fine stuck with [$] worth of memory that is no good!!!!

a visiting friend, who happens to have a PHd in science, remarked how slow my computer was running and was obviously low on RAM memory. I asked him to sort it out then, whereby he brought up your website, proceded to scan the computer, highlighted I had only 512 mbs, a spare slot to accomodate more memory, whereupon I purchased 1.0 Gb, which arrived a few days later. I had to fit it myself, no problem, and pleased to say it has made a significant increase in the speed of operation. Altogether a complete package making what could be a daunting task, eminently simple. My grateful thanks, Dennis Baker
