The product worked perfectly, allowing me to run new programs that I couldn't previously get to run. Also run older programs that had been updated so many times that they would no-longer work (or they would freeze the laptop). My laptop has been transformed from sluggish and near constant freezing to working at a reasonable speed in less than 5 minutes :)
