[...] No instructions but once I opened the computer case it was easy to see where it was to be installed. It goes in tight. The speed has been increased. Computer now opens much faster (before I could wash the dishes while waiting)to a point which makes surfing the net, downloading the information and going window to window so much faster. No more hair pulling.

Crucial is a wonderful company to do business with. I was told by my computer tech to get a certain memory chip for my computer, which turned out to be the wrong one. Crucial's customer service helped me figure out why I wasn't able to install it and guided me to the correct product,[...]. I was given a refund for the original product when I returned it, and was successfully able to install the correct one. Now my computer is fabulous again! I am very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again.

My old dedicated computer which operates a fundus camara needed more ram for Nordon Ghost to work properly. The scanning software worked without a hitch, found the right ram. So I saved thousands in the future not having to upgrade to newer hardware standards when the hard drive finally dies. Thanks Crucial

I went from around 350MB RAM to 1GB of RAM. My computer used to be unbearable (applications opening SO slowly, etc), but is now nice to work with. Things open a lot faster and the computer doesn't take so much time to "think". I am much happier!
