Had a client who has been running XP on a Dell PC with 512Mb for a few years. With nothing to compare it with, you don't realise how slow it is until you increase the RAM. I always buy Crucial memory - Never had a problem with the product or installation and Customer Service [...]is superb.

Its amazing what any easy upgrade from a quality product can do for a 4 year old computer. Fitted in 10 minutes, turned on the PC, it recognised the upgrade and that was it. Upgraded from 512mb without any problems. Best thing you can do to put some power back into an ageing PC.
