I have purchased Crusial memory upgrades a couple of times and have always been satisfied. Good products [...] at a reasonable price. Added the memory in an attempt to speed up a very basic model Acer. I did see marginal improvement. Use of Vista basic is not recommended. In other words, you get what you pay for!

Memory stick installed easily and worked perfectly right out of the box the first time. Laptop can now be upgraded to WIN 7 later on, in the meantime, it runs much better and more reliably on Vista.

I received the memory on time as promised. The memory was easy to install. The only concern I had was that the memory was shipped in a plastic container and it wasn't secured tightly in the container (if you shook the plastic container, the memory flopped around). It worked out OK anyway.
