For me, there are two main things that really make the purchase worth the cost.First, the memory selector. It was easy to make sure I got the right product. I was installing into an older Dell server, and this way I knew what I bought was correct.Second, living in Australia I do not have access to many of the great online shops I did when I lived in the States. [...] I'll be more likely to order from Crucial than to go to a local shop.

Other memory modules that should have worked in this computer did not function. The crucial memory functions perfectly. On the downside the price of this crucial memory is more than two times that of other similar memory.
