Installed with 2x oe 512mb chips in an HP-1737c for a total of 3gb. Worked perfectly with no issues, took about 5 minutes to install. Browsing is much smoother, vista in general is quicker.

I upgraded my Intel 915GEV Mainboard with a Pentium 2 operating at 3.2 MHZ. I installed the memory exactly as described by Intel. Though the units were very hard to seat in the sockets, when I had them in. The computer booted and went to work. I checked with Windows system, and I do have the correct amount of memory installed.

Since I may run Photo Elements and perhaps 3 other apps such as Explorer set to display thumbnails of raw CR2 files, and maybe the internet at the same time, and maybe the Scrapbook software. I have experienced only one crash in the last week, compared with the frequent crashes previously. I have noticed an increase in speed.

I now have 3GB of memory and it runs great. I have installed this new 2 1GB units along with previous crucial 2 512 Meg units from Crucial 3 years ago.

I do not want any memory problems and I do not expect any from Crucial. Your price was good also.

I was looking to expand the memory on a system I built with older parts as a giveaway to a charitable institution. When my bench support system died, I needed to upgrade the memory to be able to use the system in my business. I went to the Crucial site and used their memory detection tool to find the best memory configuration at the most affordable price. The system performs like a dream and is still economical enough to sell as a lowcost business system for my clients or as giveaways to charitable institutions. I tried memoroy modules from [...].My pc would not boot.I checked with Intel and they recommended Crucial memory modules. Intel has approved Crucial memory modules for its motherboards.I installed the crucial memory modules into my pentium 4 motherboard. The pc booted right up.I just built this system and it's so fast. when I build a pc I will use nothing other than intel motherboards along with crucial memory modules.
