I ordered a 2k memory for my mothers computer as it was so slow (she is 87) and as my computer was slow too I decided I would order one for myself. I was amazed how simple it was to install and the instructions were so clear. The test to see which size we could go up to was really easy too. I thank my friend for recommending us.

Recommendation was spot on.
Service was very good.
I was hoping to see an improvement in speed, over the last six months the computer had really slowed down.
WOW! what a difference the pc2700 made. The start up is many times faster; The down loading is many times faster and even shutting down is many times faster. Very pleased with this product.
