Being a 'computer idiot', I didn't have the first clue about how to add more memory to my aging computer (or whether in fact that was what it need). After chatting to an 'IT Geek' friend, I was advised I need the extra memory. It could not have been simpler to install. Unscrew the cover, pop it in, job done. An idiot like me can do it. And my pc runs so much faster. At about[$] it is also great value for money. Super!
