The Crucial configuration tool reassured me that I was purchasing exactly what I needed and gave me confidence it would work with my system. Outstanding

I installed these in my dell sc420 and sc430 dell servers. For the price it can't bebeat and the servers were inexpensive and stable. They only reboot when I reboot them. I just have to see if enabling the /3g switch will help my sql database. It would be nice if crucial had a help section on that, or no 32 bit computer can use more than 3gb. I have always regretted buying memory from anyone except for Crucial. I have a bunch of bad sticks from other makers.

This was a great memory card, I bought 2 of them to add to my initial 1 gig memory i bought. Works great, havent had any problems with it, worked as soon as i installed both memory cards. Made a dramatic improvement over the 1 gig i had in the system, runs a lot faster now and loads programs in half the time. Definetly would recommend this memory card to anyone who is looking for great performance and a good value.

I cannot tell a difference in my desktop performance although I fault the computer (MPC, dont ever buy one) and not the memory. It was my last straw in trying to pull some performnce out of a substandard brand computer, unfortunately it did nothing for the piece of junk.
