I had recently bought a game that was running so slow on my machine that it was unplayable. After looking up the min requirements i was using less than the recomended RAM, all my other componants were fine. After using the compatable hardware programme on crucial i had a very easy to install solution. my computer now runs the game and everything else without a hitch.

Easy to buy, easy to fit and works first time! I was slightly worried as I had read that putting unbalanced memory in a system could cause problems. Crucial's System Scanner Tool assured me it would be ok on my system - and it is !!

Running these at 6-6-6-24-32-2T and at PC2 -8900 555MHz (535.8 actual) - they are absolutely stable with very good temps. I think there is a little more to come using watercooling (fan cooled at present), which I hope to get around to shortly.
I like the fact that these are without any stock cooler because I can use full cover watercooling without any hassle.
To say that I'm pleased would be an understatement.These modules are every bit as good as some of the bling superduper performance gear on the market.

I have used Crucial in early 2000 and their [...] exchange processes are extremely quick and efficient. I have built up a pc from components and when it comes to memory I order it from crucial. I have found that efficient and my concern was if it may not be compatible with the board. It works straight out of the box. Great Service.

32 bit sytems dont reconize upgrade from 4gb to 8gb and with 64 bit sytems im told is not yet compatable with most 32 bit operation i use, so im relucten in upgrading to 64 bit..

Bought this to replace same size, same speed memory. Thing is this stuff runs 1066MHz at 1.8V and compared to my previous memory that required 2.2V.

This made a big difference to me, allowing me to bump my Intel Q9400 from a 3.20GHz overclock to 3.60GHz (Stock = 2.66GHz).

The memory isn't actually being overclocked at all but the lower voltage that it runs at has given me overall better stability, which is of course the most important thing.

Highly recommended.

I was a bit unsure about which memory would be compatable with my Asus P5Q Pro motherboard as there were some known issues with it and although Asus had not listed Crucial or Micron in their list of compatible memory suppliers Crucials memory adviser tool guaranteed this memory would work & it did.

Not the best, doesn't run stable at full speed, have to drop to 800.
Doesn't seem to like motherboard, but since the pair were recommended by Crucial for my motherboard, I feel a little disappointed.
I'll probably buy another manufacturers pair.
It would be nice if latency information were available to verify settings.
Bought a lot of Crucial memory before never any problems.

Sending back leaves me with no memory to run machine. Expected better.

Checked the memory was compatible with Mother board but when installed failed to operate - operating system crashed on several occasions - updated to latest BIOS and computer stopped operating completely.

With original 667 memory it worked fine.
