I tried two other brands of memory from different merchants that simply didn't work. Even though they claimed to be compatible with my specific system the computer simply wouldn't boot. I was about to give up on this laptop and just by a new one but decided to try one more time. Crucial memory worked as advertised and was comparable in price. I'm so pleased!

Used the upgrade in memory to meet the requirments of a school program I was running. Great service, polite & helpful customer service rep's. BestBuy didn't have what I needed because my laptop is an older model. Even though it wasn't in stock at the time, I ordered anyway and crucial.com got it to me speedily. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Not only that, BestBuy wanted $50 to install my memory card if I bought it from them, I installed it myself with the help of crucial.com sending me a installation video. Thanks crucial.com you ROCK!

I own CompuStar computer repair, and from now on, I will only order my memory from crucial. My first order arrived damaged by UPS, and I called Crucial, that same day they sent me a replacement and shipped it 2nd day air, and arranged for UPS to pick up the damaged goods, all at no extra charge to me. I am very impressed.

I'm not a computer geek so when my think-pad was at it's max capacity on memory i assumed it was time to toss it and buy a new one then by chance i mentioned it to a coworker and he told me to by more memory on crucial.com. it was cheap, fast and easy but best of all it worked great and now my old think-pad t22 works faster then when it was new i have double the memory. touchdown!
