I was told that I needed more RAM to run a program that I use in my small business and was directed to Crucial.com. I am not a computer whiz and was a little nervous about doing this but crucial did all the work in scanning my system and basically telling me what I needed for my specific computer. It was extremely easy to make the order. I have also never installed RAM before. It is a piece of cake and anyone can do it. Up to this point we have no performance or campatability issues. Seems to be working good. If you are thinking of upgrading your current system instead of buying a new computer I would recommend using Crucial.

I spent an hour trying to buy this item from Dell. After I was quoted and exorbitent price for two it turned out they didn't have any in stock and it would take 8 weeks to get them in. Then after the guy wouldn't take no for an answer he managed to find one (still of no use to me). Two minutes after finishe dwith the Dell guy I had ordered exactly what I wanted and it arrived two days later.
