Vista is the turd I speak of. If you have a laptop and you're stuck with Vista one of the things you can do to alleviate your suffering is to buy more RAM. Vista eats RAM with the millions of pointless processes it runs in the background. If Vista was a person it would be that 1/2 tonne [...] guy.The extra RAM definitely improved performance like a giant pair of trousers giving a metaphorical fat man greater manoeuvrability.
