I went to the Crucial site in search of more memory. Was not quite sure the exact "model type" of ThinkPad T60 I had, so the "Crucial System Scanner Tool" was invaluable. It not only realized my exact model of a notebook I had, but also how much memory it had, and also presented the options.

I received the memory much faster than promised, installed easily, and works great!! While my CPU was running at about 80-90% before, now is more in the 60% range (and runs much faster and better).

Memory works great -- installing it on lenovo was significantly more work than install video (which showed a dell - 1 screw vs lenovo 9 screws and take part of the keyboard cover off and get it aligned again).
