Comments about Crucial 2GB kit (1GBx2), Ballistix Tracer 240-pin DIMM (with LEDs), DDR2 PC2-8500,:
I've had little trouble with this memory, installed first time, ran first time, Bios detected the speed using the SPD's and set the appropriate one for a 1:1 ratio.
However, it's now 12 months on, and one stick has become incredibly unstable, even running at half the intended speed (533Mhz) it was unable to cope, as such I've had to send both module back, and am awaiting return of replacement modules. If it wern't for the limited lifetime warrenty it wouldn't be worth it.
