This is a Great RAM kit. Easy to install and after a little tweaking in the BIOS to set it to the specs Crucial provide it is lightning fast.

It also looks great, I have the Red edition, Red PCB red heat spreader and red LEDs. The LEDs flash in random patterns, faster flashing when your running RAM intensive programs and a more sedate pace in general use.

The LEDs light my whole case and look great alongside my LED fans and they light my watercooling setup in a great way!

I chose Crucial because I've used the brand before and always found the products to be totally reliable and good performers. This memory is installed in a newly built machine so I have no previous memory to compare its performance with but I am having no problems whatever with demanding music apps.

Very overclockable for 2GB Dimms, I run 4 of these at 1000Mhz 5-5-5-15 with no voltage increase! pretty good for 2GB rated at 800Mhz.
