Its not difficult to install RAM, just earth yourself by touching the case first and then pull the power plug out. Release the side of the computer with the catch at the back then push the catches down at each end of the RAM slots to release the old RAM. Engage the new RAM carefully in the slot and push down firmly, the catches will spring back up when its fully home. Put side back on plug mains in and its job done - 10 minuets max.
