i was at the stage where i thought i would have to replace the computer i read about this company in the mail on sunday tv magazine and liked the website and the scanner which tells you what you have space for and how you can improve your computer the instructions on the website were clear and after printing them off andreading at length i was cofident i could fit the memory,i am a nurse and normally have nothing to do with technology like this but when you have four kids and three of them are teenagers the computer is a must on the whole a good experience and a great succes
