Important that you put it in at a 45 degree angle. Also I tried to take what I thought was the existing .25 of ram out of the laptop to get in the new module before realising that the originaal .25 was built in!

More RAM in the PowerBook works wonders! Used as a great alternative to some of the rather nasty PC netbooks out there today! More power than a netbook and infinitely classier!

It did exactly what it said on the box, allowed more recent software applications to run on what was quite a slow memory starved G4. Will be doing the same on a couple of original all in one PC 's.

Used this to upgrade my ageing 1.33Ghz Powerbook as it was getting rather sluggish. Browsing (especially Flash sites) is a much more enjoyable experience now.

I only use the PowerBook for basic stuff like internet access, watching DVDs, MS Office etc and wanted to upgrade to Leopard to maintain parity with my MacBook Pro. Seemed like a good time to max out the RAM before it got too pricey (as it always does eventually with old computers). Should be good for another few years now...

As always, a perfect upgrade from Crucial.

Bought it for my PowerBook G4 - 12" 1.33GHz.
Was hard to find a memory that had the "memory bus sewing" feature! (laptop reduces the voltage of the RAM when on battery).
That one works perfectly!

It is actually a SAMSUNG branded one and is far more cheaper than the Apple one.
