It arrived. I plugged it in. It worked. Just what it said on the tin.The PC had only 256k and took an age to start or restart from hibernation, and kept sticking. Was marginal on whether it was worth spending [$] to upgrade memory rather than just buy a new one. It certainly was. Now bought it a nice new 8cell (double life) battery. I think having 5 times the RAM has incrreased power consumption - but well worth it.
