Purchased 2Gb for Dell computer.With many photos and vids lots of applications on computer the performance has improved re handling this. At this stage not so sure about increase in speed. Once more however a reliable product, easy to install. Good value for money

Excellent auto analysis from "crucial" and very simple installation using their "How to.."
advice.
The increased memory Helps Google Earth and multitasking run speeds. "Start up" appears no quicker and generally individual programmes are not significantly quicker. The computer is more usable rather than lightning fast.
It has however extended the useful life of my computer

I have used the products to max out the ram for my current system which is getting a bit long in the tooth, that being said the performance improvement made with the purchase of new ram from crucial has been outstanding.
