Extra RAM for my Mac Pro, I tend to have a lot of programs open and some eg iPhoto with nearly 25,000 pictures was painful, taking a long time to open even if I closed most apps. With the extra RAM it opened in less than half the time, and I see less of the dreaded spinning pizza when I scroll or edit. Wondering why I waited so long.... ah that would be poverty.... :-)

Well, the only downside I can find is that RAM is not very pretty to look at... but then I didn't buy it for it's looks!
