A colleague told me about Crucial.com, as he said that he had increased his RAM, and was very pleased.So, I did the same - and boy what a difference! I had 512kB of RAM, and my laptop was running painfully slowly, especially when Norton Antivirus was 'doing its thing'. So I upgraded to 2MB (2 x 1MB), and my laptop now runs at warp speed! No more frustrating waits as my laptop thought about whether it really wanted to do my request or not![...] The downloaded software quickly told me what RAM upgrades my laptop was capable of handling, and then the various options were clearly presented, with lots of information given. I went for the maximum, and am extremely pleased. The RAM upgrade was delivered within a couple of days, and was very easy to install using Crucial's instructions in conjunction with my laptop's.BEST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT!

I upgraded my daughter's Dell Inspiron 1300 from the paltry 512MB it came with to 2GB. The difference in performance is very noticeable and more than worth the small cost involved. The memory was well packaged and came with clear instructions which made fitting a breeze. She is now routinely running a browser, picture viewer and wordprocessor at the same time with no lag at all.

It was very easy to identify the RAM modules required through the Crucial wizard and to select the correct configuration option. I was pleasantly surprised at the low price for a such a prestige brand[...].Memory upgrades were NEVER this cheap and easy!

Installed product because recent Microsoft Office 2007 ran a bit leisurely. Nice increase in MS Office speed since memory upgrade and all else including web browsing has picked up significant speed. Hard pressed to find any fault with this memory package!
