Now I've been able to allocate 4MB of RAM to Parallels and the remaining 6MB to OS X, I no keep wondering which is more interesting - watching paint dry or waiting for Win 7 (64-bit) to open!

Have to say that the 8GB works well, first time, straight out of the box. I would recommend this to anyone with a Power Mac 2.8GHz Dual Quad processor. Will be ordering some more as soon as I can afford it even though it was the best price on the net.

The on-line selector application helped really well, it sorted the correct RAM card in a moment, no worries.

Would definitely recommend the company and the product.

The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because I have no basis for comparison. However, this was a great purchase.
I bought TWO 4Gb modules to increase my RAM to 12Gb. I now run much larger Logic Pro projects, and without the horrible nuisance of the crashing and slowing down and system errors.
With Logic's new 64bit support this really makes a difference!
WIll buy more in due time when EWQL finally implement native 64bit support.

I have been a Crucial customer for years. The product scanner did a super job with my Mac and gave me the appropriate configuration for my system. The price was good too and although I had been only looking to upgrade to 8GB I decided to upgrade to 12GB of RAM. Installation took a matter of minutes and works well with OS X and Windows 7.

It doesn't get any better than this.

I found this particular RAM to live up to its promises. The heat is well ditributed as advertised. I have been running RAM intensive programs simultaneously (Cubase 5 with Symphonic Orchestra, Final Cut Pro Rendering while running Photoshop) and I haven't faced any lag as of yet. Bought product 2 weeks ago.

[...] usual Crucial service - and was a breeze to fit into my Intel Mac Pro G5 trays.The 20gig I now have installed can handle even the most heavy duty video applications, FCP and After Effects etc., and if the horses run to form I intend to fit the maximum 32gig the machine can handle as soon as possible.If there are any negatives, I haven't found them.
