Still needs greater visability that if operating system is 16 bit Windows XP and not 32 bit, then only 3 GB maximum will ever be used in total.
Would have liked more detailed information on fitting - had to resort to the manufacturers web site to download the engineers Sercice Manual.

I run lots of Java apps on my T400 and this RAM upgrade has really made it fly. Hasn't cost much either

easy to install. computer recognized it straight away. however, be aware of the difference between installed physical memory and total physical memory.
your computer will possibly see much less than installed
