I wish that Crucial would have referred me to Apple's information pages as when I DID find them they were clearer than Crucial's own HOW To guide.

The Crucial modules were slightly smaller than the original Apple modules. This was excellent as the space given for this operation was tiny.
An old credit card was very useful for levering the modules home.

Istructions on how to install could have been better. had to use instructions available on U Tube.
Beware!! The plastic parts of the clips are very fragile! As I learnt!

They did break off and the RAM card seating is part of the mother board. Replacement is BIG money!

Advice - be very careful when installing. Or buy the cards from Crucial then get an expert to install for you.
The cards are great! And I have noticed a big improvement in speed. Well worth doing if done properly.

Whats difficult with this kind of review is I have no comparison for this upgrade on my macbook pro dual 2. I can say installation is a breeze and performance is noticeably better on single media apps and especially multiple apps running. But it should be better because I had one slot filled with 1GB and the other with 500MB which is not recommended...

Very pleased customer.
