This was for a laptop about 4 years old and I have never upgraded a laptop before. Undid one screw on the base, removed the cover and pushed the memory into the slot. Replace cover. That's it. Three minutes maximum (mainly undoing and doing up the screw). Boot up computer and it sees the new memory first time. Start time reduced from 30 minutes (Not a typo) to just over 2 minutes. Computer works like new again.

I bought the extra memory as my Laptop required an uprade. It ws only 512MB so I upgraded it to 2GB. The instructions were very easy to follow and also the installation only took a few seconds.[...] I will definitely be using crucial memory again. Great recommnedation from a friend and now my colleagues at work use them as well.
