Being rather inexperienced it took 2 attempts to install as I hadn't pressed hard enough. But it was worth the effort as it's made my iBook G4 like new and SO fast compared to what it was.

I got the message "the computer needs to restart" repeatedly after about a week's use of this memory. This was remedied by replacing the new module with the old - not happy (and not the first time crucial has sent me bad memory).

Crucial - UK Response: After working for a week then getting this message in strange. It may be due to heat or other installation issues. Please give our technical support a call to help remedy this.

just be carefull and obviously make sure your computer is shut down :O
I used an online instruction guide and a Christmas cracking skrewdriver (the little mini ones). My computer is a lot faster. I did have a friend format it beforehand which may have had something to do with it, but it seems like new again :D
