I ordered this memory hoping that it would solve my freezing iBook (happened occasionally). Somewhere on the Internet I read that bad memory could freeze your system. So I looked around and found the lowest cost certified Apple memory was manufactured by Crucial. I ordered the memory and am now running the iBook for several days without a hitch. This memory is great value for its money!

The "TECH GUYS" at PC World (?!?!) said my old i Book G4 was obsolete, but after advice from someone who knew what they were on about, I installed this baby, downloaded an older Firefox application, and now I'm flying! Saved me £800 on a new Apple. Funny, that.
