I'm a programmer, and I us to have over 30 tabs opened in Chrome, and about 10 programs running, which gives about 140 precesses or so... So I really needed this extra 2Gb of RAM, and they increased a lot my laptop performance.

Was upgrading my hard disk and thought I might do the RAM at the same time. This has made a huge difference. I can now run more 'big' apps at the same time with little slow down.

Probably the best and simplest upgrade you can do for your MacBook.

I was having issues running my black MacBook 13" 4.1 at work where I need a number of demanding software running at any one time, with the RAM that came with my machine. I updated to new 4Gb RAM from Crucial, got them 2 days after I ordered them, installed them and the machine has run more faster since and has also been more reliable with certain applications crashing less often.

By far the easiest upgrade for your MacBook. Now running my 2.4g MacBook with this new 4gig of ram and a 500gig harddrive and it's now got that much processing power I am saving myself £1000 in buying yhe new iMac (well for the time being). I use my mac for everything, photo editing, surfing, web browsing, watch tv, you name it I throw it at it. And noticed it was struggling so the new hardeive and memory and a fresh install now make this the quickest MacBook I have ever owned!

Simple and straightforward to install. I run a 20MBPS connection and didn't think it could get any faster. It absolutely flies now and the Macbook is judt so much quicker. Interestingly, it was the guy at the Apple Shop who put me onto this site as they are so much cheaper than Apple.

This was a great addition to my Mac book, when using a number of applications at one time before I added the extra RAM the machine visibly slowed - after installing the new RAM - which was easy took about 2 minutes, the Mac book runs like a spring chicken !! Great Product.
