Friendly service, and fast delivery. You have to know what you are doing to install the product. The Crucial System Scanner tool over-estimated how much memory my system could handle and recommended 2GB, I bought two 1GB memory upgrades for two slots, and only 1GB worked on the system.

Easy upgrade from 1 GB to 2GB resulting in a noticeable gain in performance. Used for both gaming and software development (IDE + DB + web server all on same machine).

However, tricky to insert fully due to not quite perfect machining. So it required a little bit more force than I was comfortable using.
