I talked my wife through installing this memory over the phone. She managed it no problem, and is very impressed with the performance.
She had vista on her laptop, but only had 512mb ram, so it was achingly slow, however, since sticking 2 GB of Crucial in, the performance is amazing.

Very easy to install and what a difference this made to my niece's laptop, it only had 512mb ram and running Vista it was rubbish. My niece is well pleased after this upgrade. Always use Crucial memory, never had a problem with it.

I needed a RAM upgrade on my ACER Aspire 5315 laptop, I brought it with 512MB of RAM. I looked around for a new laptop with bigger RAM but they are expensive, being a complete novice where the internal parts of computer are concerned I wasn't sure what I needed. Crucial.com's search for compatible parts is amazing. I decided to buy to 2GB memory which cost less than £20. Really easy to install and now I have a brilliant fast laptop which in total has cost me less that £300.

I really found ordering this product extremely easy because i was after a specific type of memory and just to make sure i was going to buy the correct type i did the quick scan.

This guaranteed it would be compatible and so i simply ordered it.

The memory module is very easy to install, yet a little fiddly depending on what type of laptop you have. It took less than 5 minutes to get the back of my laptop off, insert the memory and get the laptop running again.

From turning on the pc, boot up was instantly faster because i previously only had 512mb on vista and so i bought 2gb and now this laptop flies with simple processes.

Crucial are brilliant, i recommend them highly, especially because their prices are very reasonable.
