This is good but I was hoping to double my ram from 2gb to 4 gb. What I did not realise was that 32 bit windows 7 can only use a maximum of 3 gb so in the end it was an expensive way of getting only 1 gb extra. I guess I should have found out about that first. It was certainly very easy to install.

I bought 2 2GB sticks along with Windows 7 for my laptop which was struggling with Vista and 1GB of RAM and the net effect of the upgrade has been very positive - net browsing in particular is an awful lot quicker. I'm only using 32-bit Windows so only 3GB is being recognised which is normal but nonetheless, I'm very happy with the improvement in performance and have no complaints at all. Dispatch was also very rapid.

I am going to buy another one because this hasn't really increased my speed much. I had trouble fitting the RAM as it clicked in, but wasn't actually in properly. I didn't want to force it, so that caused a bit of frustration.

Overall, I would say it is a good buy.
