Really is great to be able to use the scanner and know what is needed. Having 3 kids using the pc it has lots of programs to hold and extra memory is important for speed.

Ordered online which was very easy, memory module arrived three days later, well packaged, installed into PC no problems at all.
PC recognised the increase in memory when booted and asked me to confirm by pressing one of the function keys.
Everything now runs faster with no hard disk thrashing, very pleased with the product and service.
