This memory was installed into an aging HP510 laptop. The laptop was used to power our projector but struggled to start up (took at least five minutes).

Now, 256Mb to 1Gb of RAM means we can be up and Powerpointing away in about a minute.

Well worth the price and we wish we'd done it sooner.

I had some problems installing the chip and after trying all the troubleshoots had to take it to a professional to install it correctly. However after all that my laptop is now much faster, which was the main point of the upgrade.
