We all know what a resource hogger Vista is, so more memory the better, especially on a laptop which comes with bog standard minimum amount. Don't forget your desktop though!! I have used Crucial memory in the past and found it very reliable and well priced. As I do a great deal of video work reliability is of the essence.

I was very wary of fitting the new memory myself but I needent have worried folloing the instructions that came with it it was very easy.
My laptop has come alive,no slows,freezes,better than new.I cetainly would use Crucial again.
