Took me a few minutes to decide on orientation of memory card. There's a nick in it but it seems to be exactly half way. On closer examination I realised there was a slight bias. Worth mentioning I think in your installation instructions. Then again, maybe I'm just a bit thick? You decide.

I couldn't believe the difference a RAM upgrade would make. My PC's not just faster, all the programs work simultaneously again, pages load miles faster, programs don't crash, error messages have disappeared, the energy saving standby program works again, and I don't have time to make the tea whilst waiting for the computer to boot up any more or a page to load. It's like moving from dial-up internet to broadband for the first time.

The crucial site specified the product and the maximum modules necessary to 'max it out'. Installation instructions were easy to follow and the PC fired up first time and has worked fine since. My PC only had 256MB and performance was dreadful. I was on the point of changing it and thought I would try upgrading the RAM to 1GB as it was quite cheap to do so. Really good decision, performance is now brilliant!

Much cheaper and easier to track down than the competition - I had doubts about being able to mix different memory modules as suggested, but the online tool got everything spot on for our old Dell PC! It was easy to install and worked first time, really speeded things up again. Well worth it

Sped up a Dell Dimension 2350 considerably. The PC, prior to the RAM upgrade, was on the brink of unusability, because of the time it was taking to complete operations. The memory upgrade solved this. The RAM was easy to identify using the Crucial scanner and easy to install. However, the Crucial scanner does not seem to be able to recommend RAM for bespoke systems, that is, ones not put together by any manufacturer.
