Once fitted everything was faster - documents opened at the press of a button and the internet seemed to respond more quickly. It was a small price to pay for a quicker machine.

I purchased this module as an addition to the 1GB already installed in my Medion netbook (which showed up as 780MB).
I wanted to install Windows 7 so I needed a minimum 1GB according to the Windows advisor software.
Unfortunately I discovered my machine only had 1 memory slot so I returned the item and within 2 days I received a full refund.
I then purchased a similar 2GB module which fits and works perfectly.
I found Crucial to be a first class company to deal with.

I recently bought this product along with a 2GB version for my Inspiron 1501, these were remarkably easy to install and worked no problem. There has been a definite improvement in the performance of my laptop (although this was running on 1GB before!) Overall I am very happy with this product.
